::The staff, except for 1 employee, is friendly, the rest is pathetic

::The attention is leaving a lot to be desired. They take a long time to attend even when the branch is empty, there are a lot of customer service positions, with luck there are 3 attending and generally one deals with people from the same place who start talking about anything.

::How can it be that there is no Bco Ciudad where you can deposit money on a Saturday! I toured Salguero and Santa Fé, Ecuador and Santa Fé and the one that corresponds to me on the corner of Avenida Las Heras.-. How can it be that the cashiers warn us to be careful with robberies and the doors are left open and when you enter you find homeless people, (I am talking about people who are unwell with serious psychiatric problems, I would say unfortunately irrecoverable) that is, you can no longer enter to do anything . It is understood Mr. Manager of the branch to which I belong, I hope you solve it soon... Thank you very much.
Dolores Rodil
::The attention of the cashiers is AWFUL. He didn't want to receive a payment because he had the account number on his cell phone and not written down on paper and he wanted me to leave, write it down on paper and then go back to the queue! Year 2022 and they continue as in the stone age. And if you are going to be so strict, be it with everything because CLEANING THE ATM CONA IS A HORROR since people sleep EVERY NIGHT and not only can you not enter for security but the smell is unbearable.

::Yesterday, December 23, I went to the Banco Ciudad on Av. Las Heras 3099 for the first time to manage a retirement for my sister, of which I am empowered. There were two lines, one for those who had a turn and the other for those who did not have it but to charge they allowed it. I was there for more than half an hour and I noticed that they only called those who had a turn. When I asked how this topic was organized, the person in charge of the entrance, answered me in a bad way that they would call when there was no one on duty. It caught my attention because generally three with a shift pass by one without a shift, I WAS ONE HOUR and my complaints were accompanied by the other people without a shift. There was no case that they listened to us, they closed the door in our faces. The answer was always the same and with the same discriminating tone as if we were fourth-grade citizens because we didn't have a turn. I asked to speak to the manager and to no avail. A person came out who I think was a boss who with the same rude attitude asked me questions in the middle of the street and since I had to present him with papers related to my management, I asked him if I could come in. Of course he did not let me and in response he asked for my documents by entering the bank. When it finally came out, he told me there was no record and there was nothing to collect. I chose not to argue any more, and I was able to get to the branch on calle la Pampa and Ciudad de la Paz, where the treatment was totally different and friendly despite the fact that it was 15 minutes before closing. They made us come in, we sat down and there we realized that the information they gave us at the other branch was incorrect because the data that they denied having was recorded. The aggressive attitude that throws away all the publicity that the bank makes regarding its services and its attention with the slogan "He wants to see you grow" in this case the only thing that grew is the bad image in the face of the personal abuse and the lack of common sense that should contain the measures for efficient customer service. attentively
