::Branch 18, Av Rivadavia 6920 a Shame!! The Branch authorities are irresponsible. On Friday 03-18-2022, they allowed the two (2) ONLY ATMs to be put "Out of Service", for "maintenance" reasons. It is incomprehensible that the manager and treasurer of branch 18 have taken power to disable the operation of the branch to the detriment of unsuspecting customers. I went to the Branch to accompany a BLIND Disabled Elderly Adult and could NOT carry out the Withdrawal because the two (2) ATMs located outside the bank were NOT Working, and the five (5) ATMs located inside the Bank were NOT enabled to extract money. Extraction through the Boxes was attempted and was not possible either. It is common sense that you can NOT put "Out of Service" all ATMs at the same time. Any bank official, minimally consistent, allows the replacement of ATMs, with the prevention that there is always an ATM working so that it can be used by the public. Really an incredible clumsiness on the part of the authorities of Branch 18. The pertinent measures should be taken to prevent this from happening again.

::The attention is lousy. I arrived at 3:01 p.m. to withdraw a card and they did not let me in, not to mention that they do not open their doors at 10 o'clock. On top of that, always unwilling to solve problems. Another thing is that they do not give any benefit anywhere. If you can have a serious bank, it would be recommended.
