  I REALLY AM SUPER BAD .. WHY DOES IT COST ME SO MUCH TO UPDATE A PERMIT IN THIS COLUMBIA BANK AND DO THEY WANT TO SERVE ME IF I DON'T HAVE A PERMIT ?? I AM A RISK PERSON AND I HAVE A MOTOR DISABILITY .. I NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM BUT NOW WITH THIS PANDEMIC I CANNOT GET A PERMISSION TO TAKE CARE OF ME AND TO GO TO THE BANK FORWARD I FEEL USELESS IMPOTENT FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO DO MY THINGS !! IT IS HORRIBLE TODAY I WILL GO AGAIN AND I WILL TRY TO TALK TO THE BANK MANAGER I HOPE GOD HELP ME !!
