::They do not answer, they pick up the phone and hang up from what I saw in the comments, it is very common for them to pick up the phone and hang up, it is very bad of their demeanor because they do not do their job on time, anyone can take a job as customer service and not answering them and cutting them off when they call... I would give them 0 stars but they ask you to put one
