::They do not comply with the cancellation of a card!!!! I have been fighting for months so that once and for all I stopped creating an expense. I never requested it and I don't have the physical card either. It only creates administrative expenses. Terrible telephone service. They don't fix anything.

::Very bad experience with the only line to manage claims, call the bank's 0810 and I've been calling for more than a week at different times and I can't get in touch. They created a card for me that I never requested...they didn't send me the new physical card to my address and now I have a debt for administrative expenses....and I call to solve it and they don't answer me

::Terrible telephone attention !!! They pick up the tube and drop it without even saying hello !!! They invented a card for which I never gave consent or signed anything! And the best thing is that they want to charge me expenses for it !!! They didn't even send me the card !! DOES NOT EXIST!!!
