  Very sad attention to customers, they have a very bad treatment especially with grandparents. There are no seats. They do not have the slightest compassion for the elderly, they attend to a single box for all, whether members, retirees and others. One queue for EVERYONE. There are people who get in line and others who don't line up for different reasons. They do not respect the people in front of them and nobody supervises anything.
