  They have fancy phones. They make banking mistakes that are foreign to the client and then you have to do thousands of things to solve THEIR mistakes

  They mistreat the elderly; they have a switch under their desks where they cancel the turn of customers who do not want to attend; mainly to the elderly. The employees have a horrible deal with Clients cannot be asked any questions because it bothers them. Bad bank should close.
