  Mala atención. Te hacen esperar afuera junto con los ñoquis planeros, tengo cuenta Sueldo, tarjetas, plazo fijo y dólares. Y no puedo cambiarme de Banco.

  Pésima atención de parte de casi todos los que atienden al cliente, organización pobrísima, insalubre, poco efectiva.

  Disaster and disorganized attention. You arrive with a turn and it doesn't make much sense, you have to sit and wait for them to attend to you when they sing to you!!! and they do not have a screen to mark and see the shifts there as other banks have. In addition, to open a savings account in pesos, they have more requirements and bureaucracy, since in any private bank you do it on the touch and from the comfort of your home without so much drama. To anyone who wants to open a savings account in pesos I do not recommend this disastrous bank, go to any private one.

  Terrible attention. Yesterday I went to accompany my son for a problem, a cyber scam. They treat you RE BAD. I am an elderly person, and I needed to go to the bathroom, I had to fight with everyone who was at the entrance, Police and Bco. Personnel, which one attends you and answers worse. They sent me to the bar to ask for a bathroom, do they do it? What a shame. If they have so much security, my son would not have been cheated out of a loan of 200 thousand pesos without presenting a DNI and not a single signature of the owner. Scoundrel they are. This is how they treat people. They believe they are owners of the Bank and they are employees. I don't want to imagine how retirees and / or people without education are treated. They are not going to be lucky with me. Disgust of staff.
