  Disastrous. A shame the security personnel as well as the manager of the Branch. They deny me access despite having a shift and pay attention to my status as a Lawyer.   The first time in my life I've been treated so badly in a place like this. The employee Juan Manuel should take a customer service course NOW. Faced with my inquiries for a requested loan, the man was indifferent and when I asked him to tell me his name, he showed me the stamp but he never told me his name. A total lack of respect. I never step on that bank again.
