  Terrible service on 0810.....they take time to attend, they cut you off, and you spend half an hour without having a positive result, I do not suggest, waste of time. I hope they improve

  They are really disastrous. They have people waiting while they take all the time in the world to go around, have coffee or attend to all the food delivery people that arrive. It seems the municipality works 2 and the rest seems merry-go-round.

  Because they take too long to attend!!! Also, if it's already past 1:00 p.m., they serve you halfway, they don't give you the necessary information to be able to decide how to handle yourself... my wife, for not having received the steps to follow, was "STEAL" 1 month of commissions + vat of a "package", very scoundrels!!!!
