  Four ATMs, of which, every time I've gone, only two work (hopefully), for a tourist city it's not enough. It takes a lot of time to get a little cash out.

  Everything works basically wrong. There are other banks that offer free accounts too, go for another option; because with this Bank the only thing I do is swear every time I want to do something.

  This public entity has very old, obsolete technology. You need to change ATMs, and improve the appearance of the building a bit. I went to make a deposit and the cashier ejected an envelope to put the money, to close it I had to moisten the glue with my tongue, as was done 100 years ago ...
