  I took an online shift and this service is not respected. You call 0810... and only the system answers you. I couldn't solve my problem that they send the summary to be able to pay. They forced me to change banks and I do not agree with the service.

  Terrible "attention", more than an hour of waiting for nothing. They do not inform well, young employees who do not have any respect or education in the treatment, it was much better when the employees were older gentlemen, polite and friendly. The new generations leave a lot to be desired. I needed help with a fixed deadline and had to manage on my own, even one of the employees suggested that I ask security for help. I should have complained to the manager but I guess all the staff must be really mean. I consider withdrawing my money from this bank. Huge disappointment and disappointment.

  I have a estibial fracture and I went to look for my card, they had me waiting for an hour and they never attended to me. It is a lack of respect what they did to me totally without any respect for the neighbor. Just sitting at their desks ... How could they have employees like that .. I feel totally bad
