  the receptionist is a total rude! chiffon is little!! I don't know how someone like that can be working in a customer service place 1) they treat you very badly on the phone and don't want to attend to you 2) in person the disrespect is TOTAL..... after that the account executives are very cordial and kind, it's just this person, a pity, sad

  All very badly organized. There 3 girls from the municipality who don't know anything. In the province bank you make the line to withdraw your card and while you make the line the security one takes your ID to VERIFY IF YOUR CARD IS OR NOT. HERE IN BANCO NACIÓN THEY SAY TO YOU, DO THE ROW AND IF IT IS GOOD AND IF IT DOESN'T SHIT. They stand in line and crowd people, I think they forgot that there is COVID-19.

  It is the second month that I receive my withdrawal credit at the pilar branch, I carried out all the procedures but since 03Aug21 the Debit Card has not arrived either at the bank or at my address, no response to the date because that branch does not answer the phone or it cuts you directly, the only good thing is the predisposition of the man in charge of Security who allowed me without a turn to enter to collect, the rest I am not satisfied I think I will take my account to a private bank.

  The attention from the entrance was impeccable. I have seen the human quality of the ladies of customer service very few times in my life. Much empathy for the elderly or those who do not know how to use the system. Pleasantly surprised !!
