  Ayer tuve que realizar un trámite. La empleada que me atendió es muy maleducada, trata mal a la gente. Tienen un servicio pesimo!!

  In addition to serving the public badly, the bureaucratic systems they have are tremendous. The east bank looks like prehistory. The security guards are very rude and also to pay bills from the Ministry of Health that have unusual amounts (100 pesos for example) one takes more than 2 hours. It's amazing that it still works this way.

  Understaffed for many clients, and those that are are not expeditious. They don't even have a screen to show the shifts and they're calling out loud. The policeman who attends you refers you to another sector that was not the correct one, making you power over time. Appalling
