  Never, ever, ever was it a pleasure or a pleasant experience to go to this branch... Full of people... endless queues... A thousand hours and/or up to four days (literally 4 days) to do a 5-minute process. (Be careful, it's the system that's wrong and how slow it is... The employees, from the guards to the cashiers, are spectacular.)

  The treatment of the staff is disrespectful, today I waited for 20 minutes for the cashiers to finish chatting so that they could sell me a code for the civil registry. Even the guarding policeman got uncomfortable. More than three times he asked a cashier nicknamed Pepe if he could get someone to check out, to which the cashier turned a deaf ear. Workers should have a record of qualifications and based on that collect their salary, there I am sure they would treat you very kindly.

  I have tried to contact the 0800 of Nativa Visa and Visa without getting them to attend me, I want advice, there have been many calls between Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of this past week.

  I went to make an inquiry and the girl who treated me (dark-skinned, skinny) treated me very badly, very grumpy, she answered me wrong and didn't give me the information she needed. They always have faulty numbers, they don't call on the screen but they send the police to call by numbers screaming. The wait is always long, always more than an hour. Everything wrong with this branch.
