::EYE!!! WITH MY HUSBAND WE MADE A DEPOSIT AT THE ATM (CASH) ON WEDNESDAY 16-03 AT 12:15 PM WHERE WE NEVER SHOT ERROR. WE CORROBORATED AT 1:15 PM OF THE SAME DAY AND UNTIL DATE, WHERE THE MONEY THAT IS OURS NEVER IMPACTED US... WE MADE SEVERAL CLAIMS VIA TELEPHONE AND IN PERSON WHERE THEY DON'T GIVE US AN ANSWER... WHERE WE TOLD HIM TO CHECK THE CAMERAS (WHICH GAVE US THE FEELING THAT THEY DON'T WORK, BECAUSE OF THE FACES THEY PUT ON US)... IT DOESN'T LET US LABEL THEM ON THE NETWORKS (IT MUST BE FOR SOMETHING)... WE WANT OUR MONEY... WE WANT A SOLUTION OF WHAT IS OURS...

::On Wednesday 03/16 I made two cash deposits at an ATM of its branch on Calle 22 and 15. I took one and the other had no impact on my account; (The cashier did not throw any error). When I control from home banking, only one had entered. I made all the phone claims and today I went to the branch to get regularized. Of the claims that I made by phone, they told me that it would take up to 5 business days to see if they would solve the problem and at the bank they told me that it would take up to 15 days!!!! PEOPLE, WATCH OUT when you deposit money in the ATMs that this can happen and then who knows when they give you YOUR money back. On top of that, they blame themselves between what is a problem with LINK and the bank. Conclusion They do not give you an answer and they handle your money as they want. ❗❗
