  What is happening at the bank... the hours say until 3:00 p.m. customer service and I left at 1:30 p.m. because I leave my job at that time and there is no one there anymore, the cleaning people are there... but what a lack of respect and seriousness !!!!!!!

  Twice in this year 2019 the ATM gave me counterfeit 100-peso bills. The first cashier against the front door, the one for customers. When making the claim they say that it is impossible and to call an 0800 which cannot solve anything. Instead of taking the customer at their word they treat you like a liar. I never go to those ATMs again. Terrible attention from those who are there as soon as you pass the door. The security man witnessed that I took the tickets out of there but he didn't even get in to help 😞
