  It is the example of how you do NOT have to treat the client (captive since they pay me the salary account there) I would never use that bank by own decision. The attitude of the employees is very rude. I have a problem with Home Banking and they can't solve it.

When you have a problem, by not communicating, you want to go to the bank and they give you an appointment for later when you need it.
