  Of 4 self-service terminals, there are always 2 or 1, they never all work, thus generating a delay that can be avoided. Same thing with ATMs.

  Very bad, two months asking them to send my debit card and they did nothing but treat me badly when I was going to ask for a solution, finally the day I am going to withdraw it they tell me that the one in the photo of my ID is not me (it NEVER happened to me nowhere else) I showed the RENAPER application with my identity, a credit card in my name, and even so they asked me to prove that I could access home banking knowing that without a debit card I cannot generate a password, they did not give it to me They wanted to give and they wouldn't let me withdraw my cash either, embarrassing!!!
