  Although I have accounts in several banks, I have never had an executive as bad as Pablo Lledo. I changed branch. The only good thing about this one is that it has a place to park and the treasurer is very kind.

  A disaster. Full of people to wait at checkouts and only one cashier serving. When I arrived there were only 3 people and when I left there were 15. If there were more boxes, people wouldn't accumulate. The truth makes you lose the morning.

  Today I went to the bank at the second ATM to withdraw money (having more than enough funds) I chose the option of $10,000,= a sign appears "we cannot deliver that amount" I place $5000,= the same sign appears, I put $3000, = and they give me the $3000,= in $100 bills,= I ask for a checkout shift and request a complaints book and the cashier tells me that they don't have a complaint book that I can do it online. I'm looking for where to complain, for now I only find this medium. But I'll keep looking. I am angry, it is disrespectful to hand over $100 bills, which have lost their value enormously.   The branch is very nice but it lacks staff. A single teller attending and it is not the first time that happens. Instead of opening new branches, they would have to worry about improving the existing ones to better serve the bank's customers. A year after the comment, the attention is even worse. A real hour, with a shift, to be attended by the box. Regrettable.
