  I don't really know how this branch works yet. Almost 6 months ago I canceled my visa and mastercard cards for Mr. Franco. I received a summary of the month of November 2021 2 days ago (we are July 2022) of the mastercard card claiming a payment that I already made to give him go down to it. Mr. Franco made me the payment coupon to unsubscribe, for which I had to pay, otherwise the credit cards could not be unsubscribed, for which this was already paid, also sending the summary that was paid and the receipt I still had to pay again 8 months have passed and they ask me for payment again to unsubscribe a card that does not even appear in my home bank anymore, really a shame, I do not recommend this branch Cheers
