You have money in your account and by mistake on their part, when you go to pay the bill, they tell you: insufficient balances (this happened to me more than once, it is seen that they cut for tasks just at the moment that everyone goes out to dinner, on Saturdays at night, for example). The debit card stops working from one moment to another, and the ball is thrown between Galicia and Banelco. The app shows overlapping screens. Nothing ever works, things change, no one tells you, they are after the little coin they can scratch. Sad and miserable. Go to another bank people, one where they are not so RATS, because the consequences, you suffer.

  Terrible attention. I had an issue with an ATM that got branded. There was a silver difference in what they said was registered and what I had entered and they treated me very badly. I stayed until 4:00 pm so that they could do the cash settlement, and after that, and being right in the amount entered they did not even apologize to me. They do not have alcohol gel in the cashier area.
