  Today at noon I found myself at Bco Galicia to collect my retirement for the first time, a lady employee of the Bank who says her name is Pamela approached and asked her if she could help me with the ATM to which she responded with a very bad character, as if giving me an order from the movement of the ATM process,,, I got so bad, so nervous that I had no strength to continue with the process, she went to attend to another lady and left me half an hour waiting for her to return so that I could finish my process,, Having had a bad experience with the Bco Galicia service, I would advise if retirees could be charged directly by cash, since I observed that technology causes many more problems to manage the collection

  Terrible galicia. Like a disastrous bank. For everything you have to go to the bank. Fonobank is useless. I can't transfer dollars from my account. And I have to take a turn to consult why... a shame
