  Excelente banco, muy buena y esmerada atención del personal, siempre está cuando más lo necesito, con una gran cantidad de beneficios para quienes cobran allí cuenta sueldo

  I have been a client of this Bank for more than 15 years, I have seen how it has been declining in attention to the public and services... when there should be an evolution for the better with technology, you realize that there is always the possibility of failure.. Today going to look for a debit card (which I send through the mail for more than a month, it is already an epic situation) was to take a shift at 8:30 and have to wait until 9:30 a.m. to be dispatched as package and completely removed from humanity , the people at the service are clearly automatons ... I do not know how older people will do when they are invaded by the most technical , at other times a week I would go to get my card , they would deliver it to me in a box And by the way, I could withdraw cash while I was waiting to activate it, today they filter you on the other hand, if you want attention in the box you have to take another shift, wait maybe an hour more and only then get money .. to then see if you can activate the new card .. that's another topic .. and I don't want to talk about whatsapp service, because that's ridiculous...
