  The only good thing about the bank is the security man (huguito), then the rest of the employees are ineffective, they give you millions of laps to solve your problems, they treat you badly or they ask you to contact the phone bank. They leave a lot to be desired

  As far as banks are concerned, there is never anyone and you can do your operations in peace. Which adds up to a lot of points, I don't know customer service!

  The worst service of all the branches. Incredible how little desire to work they have. You go to your branch to have a problem solved for you and the solution is always to call Fonobanco. They don't feel like working!
