  Customer service is far from being organized and fast as in the branches of the federal capital. I don't know if it's convenient to have this bank in this city. I asked for an appointment online and when I arrived there was a 40-minute wait because there were people who passed by without an appointment. It doesn't surprise me at all. It reflects the disorganization as in the rest of the city. From now on I don't stay to queue. Telephone customer service is much better (since it no longer depends on this province, thank God) They have 3 ATMs THROUGHOUT THE PROVINCE. Of which only 1 walks. They impoverish me

  I do not put zero because it does not have the option, each time the self-service of 6 ATMs to deposit only 2 work, it peaked and they never work well

  Nunca funcionan bien los cajeros automáticos, generalmente lo uso para depositar Plata, y siempre pasa que O NO FUNCIONA NINGUNA TERMINAL o FUNCIONA UNA SOLA Y HAY TERRIBLE COLA.

  It is a very important bank in our midst, only today I had the disappointment of having taken a shift at 11 AM and being attended at 12:03:39. Cash 3 I lost other shifts such as the doctor. I ask management for greater agility in the attention only two boxes were working. Thank you .

  Only 1 or 2 ATMs are always working for deposit and obviously full of people. Terrible service !!
