Then there is a certain Bruno, I took shift 1:45 p.m. on the web, he "attended" me 2:30 p.m. (those 45 spent 10 minutes talking about his work and 35 socializing with a client) I smoked all that time without saying a word, I went for a "commercial" issue , Bruno attended me from "commercial attention" after spending 35 'doing social, checking his cell phone and writing on it to the smiles he tells me that he can't help me 🤷 ♂️, that "someone else" will attend to me, he I say that I was waiting 45' when I had a previous shift, he replies that the web shifts are no longer used, I tell him on the web he says that they only serve with shifts to which he answers "it also says that you cannot use a cell phone". Very cheeky and arrogant boy. These people should not be in public attention. The truth is a shame. I emphasize the attention of the security and the girl who I do not know the name that I think is the manager. Bruno only subtracts 3 stars.
