  Many times the ATMs do not work and sometimes they are so slow that they hold your card for a few minutes. But always have money at least.

  I have used the ATM assiduously for two years, and it has only been down once, on a weekday, around 3:00 p.m. Of the four boxes, it can be extracted from two. The other pair is for deposits and other operations. Virtually foolproof!
