  I went to withdraw money from the ATM and it jumped out at me that he had withdrawn but he had not given me anything. I did not get any help from the bank. Finally 2 days later I was able to communicate by phone and they solved the problem. Turns out the cashier had a mistake and I emptied my account 🤨😠

  Today I went to the bank with a previous shift, the security personnel very attentive. But I cannot say the same about the person who represents the bank and assisted me, a certain Ana. She treated me badly, she was totally disrespectful and at no time did she solve my request. Wait two weeks for a turn, when I ask her to close my account at the bank, she only gives me a phone number to call to do it, a shame... being already in the bank and she being at a loss! They do not provide help... and worst of all they treat you badly... Totally inadvisable.
