(the oldest employees)....an ugly detail...several employees without a mask...using their cell phones...and today I had to hear an employee say many bad words while talking on TE .....today there was only one person for personalized attention...the rest walked with folders in hand...if people are missing...cover with another employee....

  Excellent attention from the staff. I have been operating with this branch for years. They are cordial and clear when explaining both in relation to personalized procedures and in what can be done through automatic channels.
