  I went on Monday, January 4 with a shift. I had to wait more than an hour for a simple transaction. Nobody takes care of anything and they put a thousand obstacles so that you cannot operate. The excuse of the moment was that they had had a case of COVID and they were all "isolated", who had come from different branches to keep the bank open. The ATMs did not have any money, I don't know if it is really a coronavirus issue or if this branch is terrible, but my experience in January 2021 was very bad. I hope they improve when the situation returns to normal.
