::They denied me the withdrawal of a product claiming that I cannot do it if I did not make the full payment of a debt when it is ILLEGAL (they have a central bank poster and everything) where it explicitly says that no debt can force you to continue with the continuity of a service. In addition, the shift system with schedules is a joke, it is only a qualification to enter the premises then once inside the service is in order of arrival. They should clarify that instead of giving you a schedule which they will not meet
