  What a shame, you spend an hour outside in line and two more hours to be served. You have 3 people to answer and 2 to look at the cell phone. A disaster as a bank and as a service!

  Yesterday it happened to me that the ATMs did not work but hey it is an isolated case. Although the first days of each month is where people gather and gather, it is where you have to be patient, I can't say anything about the staff, they were always friendly.

  Very poor service, bad experience with the cash registers, especially with the treasurer, they do not know how to identify customers nor do they respect the cadets who represent different businesses. Regarding the bank in general, it is improving, now you can withdraw numbers for the boxes (before it was just a row) and there are chairs to sit on (before there was nothing). They do not answer the phone or give inmate numbers. Bad experience in general.
