  The shift system doesn't work, neither does the turn table. You have to be aware, because it is by order of arrival. It is not practical for the client

  It is the 2nd time that I go to the branch to make a payment and deposit, the cashier's attention is a disaster, 10:50 am. Rude, zero customer service, leaves a lot to be desired

  It's extremely slow and disorganized, they're understaffed, they don't understand their requirements (which are sometimes ridiculous). I don't recommend it at all.

  They ask for a health pass, that is coercion, the vaccine is not mandatory, therefore the money that you have in how much they do not let you take out x the box must go to the prosecutor's office and make the pertinent complaint.

  It is the worst bank in the world. Slow for everything, they make you go to pay for things through the window in the middle of a pandemic as if it were 1980. Completely disastrous, I would rather that I grab a playpen than operate with these unpresentable.
