  I was scared by previous comments but my personal experience was the complete opposite! They answered my concern and the delay was minimal! Super satisfied!!

  The worst bank, you call and they cut your call, it has been more than a year since we can close the account, which was supposedly for the credit card. flee from this bank, they will only scam you and promise things that they never fulfill, the manager of the branch, did not want to close the account, said that it had to be done by cash register in the middle of the pandemic, but to ask for a cash shift it was only for extractions, all a lie, the point is that here we are still trying to close, but an action in defense of the consumer. Today we asked again to see if we can close the account, let's see today's luck.

  The cashier was malfunctioning and one of the employees said "look it seems that it is already fixed." He discounted an extraction he did not deliver. The bank blames the Banelco system. They should have credited the discounted value and not delivered at the close of the daily balance and NOTHING. I continue without my money and without solution. DO NOT TALK about not answering phones. SHAMEFUL.

  There are always endless queues, even those that refer to inquiries about cards issued by the bank. The jobs are never filled by the amount of staff needed, not even the management is present.

  Of the three boxes authorized to the public, two are destined to COMPANIES (and some castings) with a delay of 2 or 3 minutes, when the rest of the clerks (PEOPLE) have to wait much more than an hour or hour and a half. Some older people get out of line, tired of waiting.
