  A scam, to open an account they tell you that you have to present proof of income, instead if you open it on the web it does not ask you for anything, excuses are invented not to open the account and they look at you as if you were a tax evader or a criminal for not having those papers. An embarrassment of attention.

  I want to dedicate this review to Don Sepúlveda, a very rude and aggressive cashier who works at this branch. Who, in addition to raising his voice to speak, is an employee who seeks to intimidate with unusual responses, to the point that his own colleagues had to calm him down. All this started because I did not have cash and dared to want to pay with debit. So now you know... The only bank that refuses debit cards!!! Unusual!!!

  The new ATMs have less security than a poodle... you can see whatever you are doing, you are very exposed to anyone who is looking for someone to pocket. The change to a more current technology is very good but weak in customer care, the side panels are a joke, they seem more decorative. 🤦‍♂️

  They make you take your turn, in my case I had a turn at 10:20 I arrived at the door and I had to queue for about 20 more minutes, when I entered I had to take another turn and wait even longer because waiting before me had 15 people, most of them grandparents. Very bad attention.
