  A disaster I have my car caught by gpat and the sura insurance does not attend me, I had a claim on Monday, today is Wednesday and I have not been able to communicate to report.   Good service, very friendly staff, but like all bank branches, they need more employees for better service. You can't waste the whole morning doing a simple banking process.
