  A disaster the person who receives at the door of the Bank. He has terrible manners with the people who come to do his paperwork. His bad.humor is always... They really have to change his sector... Besides, retirees are not well... putting up with this man with his lousy education and mistreatment is not fair. He lacks patience, something fundamental to deal with older people and more than absent the vocation of service. The rest of the employees are correct and polite.

  With a few exceptions, the attention is terrible. There is an employee at the door who almost pulls out a whip so that we can do the operations at the cashier. He does not leave or keep the money when he is calling another person. The Manager of the Caseros Branch would have to have a talk with all the staff so that certain attitudes change.

  Two stars because the guy they put in the doorway treats grandparents badly. He is arrogant in his actions, accommodating the line that sometimes reaches the turn of the bank. There are friendly staff inside the bank but there are people who shouldn't be working in the bank. grandparents have to endure enough to receive abuse. They are going to find out who the guy is because he is totally unpleasant in his actions. No matter how much they say that the bank sends them, they make the bank treat people better because they live off them and they will also become grandparents who need the good care of others.
