  I went to do a key laundering. They gave me an 0800 and there in that number they tell me that the laundering is done at the bank. It doesn't take long. I don't need to go in, just to give the card to the one at the door enough .. I go back to the bank and they tell me I have to make an appointment for that process .. bad attention !!!!
