::Terrible attention, I thought it was a trustworthy bank. They leave a lot to be desired, the person who is supposed to be trained did not know how to do a PIL laundering, until the officer who very kindly helped me, believed that the work of the person in charge of it was doing things wrong. But it does not stop there , not only did I lose my workday , I had to go with my mother , a person who could not walk due to health issues . And it doesn't end there that he disrespected me with said "can you read?" , "I'll take you out to the police", "you do things wrong" a simple change of PIL that didn't take me more than 10 minutes to do with the help of the policeman who gave credibility to the error of that nefarious employee. They should hire trained people, who understand what one requests and provide real attention.

::They sent a card by imposition. I didn't ask and no one answers the phone. The doorman received her. MasterGold. I DO NOT WANT IT. I DID NOT REQUEST IT. THEY ALREADY DID IT YEARS AGO AND I DIDN'T GIVE IT IMPORTANCE. A YEAR BEGIN TO ARRIVE A MAINTENANCE EXPENSE. It accumulated and I paid a lot...abusive. Even the credits were cancelled, they embarrassed me. I can't go claim. I can't move from my bed!!!!

::Very bad attention, I took a shift two months ago to withdraw the expired card. I arrive at the bank, with priority since I am 8 months pregnant, they leave me waiting an hour, the receptionist attends me and tells me that the card was torn up because it was more than 3 months past due. I explain to him that I should call the central office and they told me that only with an appointment, I didn't get it before, asking for an appointment since June. In that call they did not notify me about the 3 months, now they told me that from mid-November I can go, when I am about to give birth. They don't let me go to another person with my authorization, when they didn't even notice if it was me or not, since they didn't open the ID (I have an ID book). Truly a disaster! And on top of that they tell me that no shift is needed for this procedure, when at the central they say yes, the truth is that they don't care at all. Yesterday with 30 degrees in the afternoon doing this with a belly of 8 months of pregnancy. And on top of that they can't confirm if they can send it to my address. Terrifying!!!
