  They attended me after a long wait, I understand the pandemic but the reality is that production and business do not stop and it seems that the employees do, only two people attending when more employees were seen chatting. maybe it wasn't their job but they should take care of the customers.

  Wide place and due to the pandemic they serve few people via web shift, I think it's great to avoid contagions

  There is poor treatment of the security personnel to the public, mostly retirees. And there is never money in the ATMs
