  I communicate by phone because I have to pick up a debit card, they tell me that it is already in the branch to pick it up that I can show up without an appointment and pick it up. I arrive at 1:30 p.m. and the security tell me that "there are no more numbers", that for people without a shift they give a certain number of numbers and with that they are attending. I explain that they told me something else on the phone and the solution they give me is "come tomorrow before 1:00 p.m." They think they can have people's time, to go I have to ask permission at work I can't go when I think of it. The only thing the security people tell you is that "on the phone they tell you anything" I am much calmer than they themselves tell you that other employees indicate things wrong and go kicking the ball. It's a disaster if they can avoid this branch they will do better.

  I do not know I could make an appointment online for this branch and they do not give you an answer on how to do it I have my card for more than 43 months and I cannot withdraw it

  Terrible attention, the security staff is disrespectful and I will not know how to treat people. They should put people who want to work.

  The lousy attention. I am a cancer patient and the cashier withheld my card. When I tell the bank they treat me very badly and tell me that I have to wait 4 hours for them to return it to me. Any thief who wants to rob can think of this bank

  The bank security guards all and the ATMs are the worst there is ... poorly educated and rude ... they should take the side of the people who are going to withdraw our money ... let's go why we need not to see their faces ... hopefully never be out of a job why are you going to have to be on the other side (in line) rude !!
