  Unfortunately, whoever rules governs, customer service is a disaster!!! There are only 8 ATMs that work, or with great luck two, on top of that in a pandemic, near my house there is one that was closed to fix it and it hasn't been working for a year, there are 44 left between 149 and 150. Provincial Bank a disaster and the private ones are also the ones with the best salaries, imagine if it were not so they charge like the average person 🤬🙄🤨
