  I have to get a seal to make an exhibition a drunk hit my car. They don't give the seal at the checkout, because they refer me to the cashier, which doesn't work with my card (only withdrawal or balance inquiry). You can't get it online either. I have to ask someone who has a bpn or network link card, I don't know. Unnecessary bureaucracy that could be understandable years ago, but with all the current system resources, it sounds like a joke. Even more so in a tourist city where people from abroad even come...

  ATMs that don't work, impossible to make deposits and the only one that was around today doesn't issue a ticket. Out of respect and gratitude to your customers, invest in improvements... thank you.

  Regular. Good service but it needs to invest in technology and improvements in ATMs and put self-service terminals in all branches.
