  Very bad predisposition of the type of big security that receives at the entrance. I went without an appointment and in addition to telling me to leave because they were not going to attend to me, they sent me to stand in line for 2 hours, due to my unwillingness to listen to the procedure that I needed to carry out.

  They really take care of people very badly, I've been there several times and although different people take care of me, they all do it in a bad way, they don't listen to questions, they don't offer solutions. It would be good if they were trained in customer service, after all they are offering a service.
