  Be careful with this bank, it's horrible, to solve something you have to go to the branches at least three times...   A single cashier serving, no one guides you, there is no shift diverter! There is no order! People waiting without knowing if you can solve their problem! All customers running over to get priority! A disaster!

  I have been a customer for more than 40 years, when it was a state bank. With great disappointment I think that at that time it was better than now in the attention and the bond with the clients. It seems to me that Banco San Juan does not have clients, it has numbers. The attention channels are bad, automated, very limited. It is not a friendly bank in reality, only in propaganda.

  Terrible technical support! Nobody solves anything, nobody answers the telephone claims, if they are lucky, someone who has no idea but the basic things will attend to you. They do NOT give shifts for the parent company?
