  I have a certificate from ANSES, the collection of my pension, as of 4/13/2022, I went to the Bank (SUC: CABA) but the funds do not exist... I returned to Anses and they tell me that I must present myself to collect, with my DNI, that the Bank must pay me the amount of my pension and they provide me with the accrued amount, but in Banco Santa Fé, it continues without paying me,? Could someone guide me, what should I do? who to turn to???

  The Home banking page has been working horribly wrong for days. At times the account balance does not appear, at times you cannot access the payment schedule. I talked about it repeatedly with the Call Center but the problems persist.

  Very bad attention to the public, they themselves have to call the call center because they don't know what to answer you. They have no direct line. 1 single employee for all shifts.
