::Three months for them to give me a supposed copy of the debit card that I never preferred to have , when I received retirement from the institution I requested it for that purpose , after three months that they told me that it was on its way , that it had been lost in the signature that distributed , a printed card arrived at my house with a different number than the one that supposedly according to them I should have received when requesting the reprint , from then on , everything seemed fine , but now buying with the new card and taking advantage of a discount for its use , I made the purchase , and I did not get the discount since they claim by invoking the previous card ( which I never received ) that I have not made any purchase with that card number . In the next chapter I will tell you how it went, since today I am going to see how they solve it for me

::The attention is very bad. I am abroad and they could NEVER solve any problem I had (and I had several, always because of them) they never answer the phone. I spent literally thousands of pesos trying to call and the computer answers but never staff... They have made me lose a lot of money due to ineffectiveness of their employees... if I could give it 0 stars I would give it 0. I don't know it deserves even one. 🤦

::I felt very badly treated by a badly educated young man, wait and he treated me badly. I was clients of this bank for years, I thought that the personalized attention would be nice but I felt very bad. The boy (young) who attended me was unhappy with what he was doing, projecting this on his attention. I sooo wanted to leave. Poor and cold facility. The dire attention. Dark a dark energy.

::Excellent customer service. I had a problem and could not access Santander's telephone service. I did not see an exit but I could find the contact telephone number of the manager of this branch. He took care of me and is doing everything possible to help me, even though my account is not registered with his bank. Good to know that on the other side there are people who want to help, and not just answering machines.
