::To file a complaint with the company, the complaint book is no longer available to you but you have to contact 0800 Santander Río and there supposedly they give you a claim number so you can go to the bank and file the complaint. Call 0800 and when you chose the option, the call was automatically cut off. I tried 5 times, no option. The bad management of the bank is incredible, they make you take a previous shift to make a deposit by cashier, I did it, 1 hour and 10 minutes waiting to be able to make it. Outside, with a lot of money, for a turbo that was for 11 o'clock and only at 12 o'clock I was able to enter the bank. Only 2 boxes working for I don't know how many people. Lousy and lousy that there is no complaints book available. Horrible bank. I did very well to stop being a customer
