::One of the worst experiences possible in a bank. They use people from community security to order the line of tellers at their own bank. I wonder why they don't pay collaborators to do that work and use people from a state social plan. In addition, it is impossible to make payment to suppliers through self-service ATMs. The figures, if they are large, take a long time and generate an exposure to insecurity for those who have to make the deposits. They should give shifts for those of us who are not clients of the bank but we have the obligation to deposit clients who have an account with it.

::The attention at the Branch is very good. But it is impossible to communicate by telephone with the corresponding account officer and the branch is not authorized to take turns on HomeBanking.- These 2 aspects should improve. It is not reasonable to go to the city center with all the time that this implies to make a simple consultation that is not answered by other means.
